5. Discipline

  1. Warden Discipline - Wardens that receive discipline from grievances need to provide restitution to their SWA members.  3 disciplines in a watching season shall allow the SWA member to double the points for each task in their household point system, for the rest of the viewing season.
  2. SWA Member Discipline - SWA members that are disciplined via not adhering to the Sports Watchers Contract will need to provide restitution for that discipline, deemed appropriate by the warden.  3 discipline infractions in a watching season allows the warden to ½ the point for tasks in the households point system.
  3. Commissioner Discipline - If both the warden and SWA member each get 3 violations within a watching season,additional discipline may be implemented, solely by the commissioner.
  4. Fines - As a result of discipline, the commission may levy fines to SWA members or wardens paid to the opposite party or the Sports Watchers Association.  Fines are due within 2 weeks of levy.  Levy’s will be communicated via social or email to the affected parties.
  5. Internal Inner Circle Discipline - SWA members and member-guest that have issues from group chat, in-game viewing experience, in stadium or viewing elsewhere) during any stage of an event, in any sports discipline (minor sport, sports watching or adult rec sports) may call to order a court.  Court will have a defendant and a jury with a moderator.  If the group can’t agree on a moderator, the SWA may appoint one.  Punishment from court must be followed up with.  All rules of SWA Member discipline are valid for court punishment enforcement and follow-up.
